In a world in which we mainly talk about thing, experiential learning can be a refreshing method to rediscover yourself and others. Experiential learning confronts you with the signals you subconciously transmit and enables you to apply your behavior in a tactical and strategic way.
Behavior is determined by mentality, convictions and rules, by emotions and circumstances. Words appear to stand alone, but for the most part persuasion and conviction pass through the non-verbal channel. Behavior and reactions of others emerge often without any editing and start to lead their own lives.
Experiential learning by means of exercises from the theatre world, dealing with movement, voice and posture make you aware of your personal undercurrent, you become sensitive of the behavior of your team or manager and are capable of consciously applying your behavior so that you to reach goals and results.
